I can't access my photos on my Android phone.This can happen depending on which type of web browser you are using on your Android device. Here's a quick workaround for Android phones: After clicking the event link, you'll notice three dots in the top right corner of your browser. Click on those and then click on "Open with..." Chrome, Firefox, or Samsung Internet. You'll be redirected to a new browser where you'll have access to all your media.

How can I find the video I started?Log in to your VidDay account with the email you used to create that event. Your started videos will be found under My VidDays. If you're unable to find your video, please contact a Customer Care Specialist using our live chat, found in the bottom right corner.

The final video won't play in full.Final videos are rendered in 1080 HD quality so they tend to be large files. A video that won't play in full or that constantly stops may be due to a weak Wi-Fi signal or internet connection Check your Wi-Fi/Internet connection or restart your device. How do I clear my cache?A hard refresh/clearing your cache can help resolve certain issues with the website and should be the first course of action when troubleshooting.
