What browser/device are they using?
1) Recommended browsers:
- Google Chrome (recommended)
- Safari (May cause some memory issues)
- Brave Browser
Note: Internet Explorer is not recommended.
2) Doing a hard refresh of your page can help issues. See here for details.
3) Log out and close the browser and log back in.
4) Restart your device
5) Try using a different device—Eg. Tablet, Laptop, Smartphone, etc.
