I made changes to my VidDay, can I get a new copy?If you've ordered a DVD or USB and then edited your VidDay, the republished VidDay is not entitled to a new DVD or USB. Is there a maximum video length when ordering a DVD or USB?USBs have no maximum video length. DVDs have a maximum length of 2 hours. You will not see the DVD option if your video surpasses 2 hours. Why is my video stretched when playing the DVD?There are two aspect ratios supported by DVD players: 4:3 (full size) and 16:9 (widescreen). VidDay videos are 16:9 (widescreen), so if your video appears stretched, you will need to change your DVD setting to widescreen.
