Video length — Longer videos with more clips may take a bit more time to process.

Time of day — Finalizing a video between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM CST may result in a delay of up to 12 hours due to overnight queueing.

Quality Check add-on — If you selected the optional Quality Check, this may add up to 4 additional hours as a video expert reviews and enhances your media.

Priority Processing — Need it faster? Select Priority Processing at checkout to have your video placed in our priority queue.
