How long does it take to finalize?

The time it takes to finalize a video gift depends on the length. 

Go to your Event Page > Finalize Your Video and look for an estimated time above the Checkout & Finalize button.

Most video gifts render within 1 to 2 hours.

Please note: Selecting a Quality Check at checkout can add up to 4 hours. Or 12 hours if finalizing between 9 PM and 7 AM CST.
