All video uploads are run through our audio normalization. Our audio normalization helps to raise and equalize all the clip's audio to ensure that they come out loud and clear in the final video during finalization.
Some videos may have very low audio. In this case, you have a couple of options.
- Reach out to the contributor and ask them to submit a new video, preferably after using videolouder.com to raise the volume.
- If the video has absolutely no audio, then it's likely that the contributor's microphone was not on/working, it's best to reach out to them and have them record a new video.
- If your still unsure, reach out to our Customer Support Team, and they can advise on whether raising the volume is necessary or not.
