Can I have the video finished quicker?

Yes — we do our best to deliver your video as quickly as possible, but processing all the clips into one seamless video does take time.

Here’s how to speed things up:

• Skip the Quality Check
  Choosing not to use the Quality Check service can save up to 4 hours of processing time.

• Avoid finalizing your video overnight
  If you finalize your video between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM CST, processing may be delayed by up to 12 hours, as our system queues videos during off-hours.

• Select Priority Processing at checkout
  Need your video even faster? Add Priority Processing during checkout to have your video placed in our priority queue.

Note:
If you choose both Quality Check and Priority Processing, we’ll fast-track the Quality Check first, then prioritize your video for final processing. Orders placed overnight will have Quality Check prioritized first thing in the morning (CST).
