How to record a video with a webcam.

Someone invited you to participate in a VidDay — follow these steps to record your video message with a webcam: 

1. From your invitation, press the blue Record or Upload button.
2. Select Camera and allow your browser to use your computer's camera and microphone.
3. Press Start to begin recording.
4. Record your video
5. Once recorded, you can press the play button to playback. If you want to re-do press the Retake button
6. If you are happy with your recording,  press Use Video to upload
7. When done recording, press Submit Video to upload.
8. You'll then see a confirmation page where you can add your name and email to notify the person who invited you.
9. The final video will be shared with you by email if it becomes available to watch.

Please note:

• Your computer must have a built-in or external camera.
• Safari browser, unfortunately, does not support the webcam feature. Instead, we suggest using Chrome or Firefox.
