How Long Does the Recipient Have to Redeem Their Gift?

Recipients have 90 days from the date the VidDay video is published to redeem their Group Gifting funds.

90-Day Redemption Window

The 90-day period begins once the VidDay video is finalized and published. After that, the recipient has three months to visit their gift page, choose a gift option, and redeem it.

We recommend redeeming the gift as soon as possible to avoid missing out — friends and family contributed with love, and we want to make sure the recipient enjoys every bit of it.

What Happens After Redemption?

VidDay uses Tremendous, a secure gift fulfillment platform, to issue all digital gifts. Once the recipient selects their gift:

• Tremendous will send the gift via email

• Each gift card or prepaid Visa has its own expiration policy, which begins once it’s issued

For specific details, the recipient can check the terms attached to their chosen gift.

The gift can only be redeemed through the private link shared by the VidDay creator. Make sure it’s kept safe and only shared with the intended recipient.
