1. Share your preferences
After you upgrade, a dedicated video specialist is assigned to your project. Share your ideas, music preferences, and any special moments you’d like highlighted.
2. Collect messages while we handle the editing
You invite contributors to upload their photos and video messages. We monitor submissions, organize your media, and edit your video as content comes in.
3. Review your preview
Watch your preview and let us know what you’d like adjusted. Your upgrade includes up to two rounds of revisions within the specialist time included for your project.
4. Approve your finished video
Once you’ve approved the video, we finalize it in HD so it’s ready to share and download. Your finalized video is included in the upgrade.
